Welcome to the Transient Journal. Join me as I explore different cities - discovering different places to stay, where to eat & drink as well as interviews with interesting people I have met along the way doing interesting things, and who share a similarly transient nature.

Talking with Michelle Willems of the Zurich Ballet

Michelle Willems - Zurich Ballet

As a dancer with the Zurich ballet and someone who has moved around quite a bit so far in her lifetime, I felt Michelle Willems would be a perfect fit to be featured here on The Transient Journal. Luckily she agreed to answer a few of my questions. Read the interview below to find out more about her background, how she decided she wanted to be a dancer, and what some of her favorite spots in Zurich are, among other things.

Learn more about my time at La Posta Vecchia

LA POSTA VECCHIA

After a beautiful day in the heart of Rome I was off to La Posta Vecchia (the Old Post House), This special Roman villa is situated just thirty minutes by car from the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The property was built in the 17th century and used to be part of ancient Alsium, a port city which was originally Etruscan but later Roman.
